End-to-End Encryption

All data exchanged between your device and our servers travels over TLS 1.2 or higher. Payment tokens for DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are encrypted at rest using AES-256 — your wallet credentials are never stored in plain text.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your language setting. No third-party advertising cookies are placed. You can clear all non-essential cookies from Settings → Privacy & Data at any time.

Account Access Controls

Your account is protected by password authentication and, optionally, a one-time PIN sent to your registered phone number. After five failed login attempts, access is temporarily locked and you receive an SMS alert to your registered number.

Data Retention Schedule

Active account data is held for the lifetime of your account plus five years. Inactive accounts with no activity for 24 months receive a deletion notice; if no response is received within 30 days, the account and its personal data are permanently removed.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share your data only with payment processors — DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS — and our identity-verification partner, strictly to complete transactions. No marketing partners, data brokers or advertisers receive any portion of your personal profile.

You may request a copy of your data, a correction of inaccurate records, or full deletion at any time through live chat or the Settings panel. We confirm receipt within 1 x 24 hours and complete standard requests within seven working days.

We collect your name, email address, phone number and, when you add a payment method, the wallet identifier for DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS. We also log your device type and IP address solely for security verification purposes.

Payment tokens are stored only for as long as the wallet is linked to your account. When you remove a payment method via Settings → Payment Methods, the associated token is deleted from our systems within 48 hours and is not retained for any other purpose.

Log in and go to Settings → Privacy & Data, then select 'Request My Data'. We will compile and deliver a full export to your registered email address within seven working days. The export covers account details, transaction history and communication logs.

Yes. Submit a deletion request through Settings → Privacy & Data or via live chat. We process standard deletion within seven working days. Note that transaction records required under Indonesian financial regulations are retained for five years even after account closure, where local law permits.
